On May 13th, Lingniu Hydrogen Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lingniu Hydrogen Energy") and HTWO Guangzhou Co.,Ltd. (referred to as "HTWO Guangzhou") formally executed a strategic cooperation agreement. Both parties will engage in in-depth cooperation on the promotion and application of hydrogen-powered commercial vehicles, jointly promoting the green and low-carbon transformation of China's transportation sector, and assisting in the achievement of the country's "dual carbon" goals.

Since the launch of the cooperation in 2024, both parties have achieved breakthroughs in multiple scenarios of hydrogen commercial vehicles: the first batch of 40 HTWO Guangzhou 4.5T Hydrogen Fuel Cell Box Truck have been successfully delivered and commissioned, and the second batch of 190 4.5T Hydrogen Fuel Cell Refrigerated Truck have set a record for large-scale delivery in China, validating both cost-effectiveness and reliability of hydrogen technology in urban distribution and cold chain transportation scenarios.

The HTWO Guangzhou 90kW hydrogen fuel cell system delivers robust power output for these vehicles. The 4.5T Hydrogen Fuel Cell Box Truck achieves a single refueling range of 300 kilometers, with a hydrogen consumption of only 1.64 kilograms per 100 kilometers. The cost per kilometer is as low as 0.58 yuan, achieving 40% cost savings compared to conventional diesel counterparts; The 4.5T Hydrogen Fuel Cell Refrigerated Truck, on the other hand, has a stable performance with a range of 450 kilometers and a hydrogen consumption of 2.8 kilograms per 100 kilometers, effectively alleviating the range anxiety of cold chain transportation. At present, the 230 hydrogen powered vehicles (including Hydrogen Fuel Cell Box Truck and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Refrigerated Truck) put into demonstration operation by Lingniu Hydrogen Energy have a total annual carbon reduction of over 5400 tons, equivalent to the annual carbon sequestration of planting over 30,000 mature trees to the earth.
