OVERVIEW
Lingniu Hydrogen Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Lingniu Hydrogen")  is a leading hydrogen energy technology operator in China and one of the first companies globally to commercialize full-scenario hydrogen transportation solutions. With deep roots in China’s hydrogen value chain and multi-modal transportation infrastructure, we have pioneered the application of hydrogen in specialized use cases such as ports, cold chain logistics, and highway freight—each of which has become a recognized industry benchmark. Leveraging China’s rich hydrogen resources and extensive application scenarios, we aim to make hydrogen-powered transportation economically viable,  operationally reliable, and environmentally sustainable.
Our proprietary Green-as-a-Solution (“GaaS”) model integrates hydrogen equipment, digital energy systems, and scenario-based service platforms to deliver customized ESG solutions to end users. Anchored in dual pillars of “equipment + scenario,” our business spans a full range of services including clean energy supply, green logistics solutions, and ESG value-added services.

CURRENT DEVELOPMENT
We operate primarily in China’s major economic zones—including the Yangtze River Delta, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (the “Greater Bay Area”)—with business coverage across 30 cities and regions. As of June 30, 2025, we had deployed and operated approximately 1,200 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, achieving a cumulative mileage of more than 30 million kilometers and reducing carbon emissions by over 20,000 tons. We also provide customers with full lifecycle hydrogen vehicle management, nationwide refueling services, and bespoke carbon product offerings.
Our flagship Oriental Hydrogen Port project in Zhejiang demonstrates our ability to achieve scaled deployment in complex logistics settings. After four years of operations, this port now operates over 100 hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks with a hydrogen adoption rate exceeding 90%, setting a global benchmark for green port operations.

CORPORATE OUTLOOK

In the future, we will promote a large number of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell ships and hydrogen refueling stations globally. We will expand into the international market and contribute Lingniu's strength to global sustainable development.
